about me.
Born in “Pennsyltucky” (Scranton, Pennsylvania), I grew up listening to Froggy101, wanting to be a country music star; much has changed since then. In 2019, I made the big move to NYC to get my BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, hailing from The Classical Studio where I played Camillo in The Winter’s Tale. Prior to studying at the Classical Studio, I spent my time at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. There, I played “Antonio” in Twelfth Night, and had the honor of originating the role of “Juniper” in Val Dunn’s play Down in the Holler. Let’s be clear: my goal in this life I’ve been given is to make and uplift queer art that highlights lesbian and sapphic experiences, which is why that role and opportunity will always hold a special place in my heart. There are not enough mainstream lesbian stories represented in theater, film, and television. Most times, these works of art are halted before they even have a chance to evolve; I really hope to be part of the generation to change that.
Aside from acting, I also studied French and Linguistics and really enjoy learning as much as I can about different languages and cultures. My passion for language and linguistics is definitely where my love for Shakespeare comes from and why I have fun learning accents/picking them up for shows if need be! I am also a musician and just got back into playing my clarinet (who I missed so much). Though I have sung my whole life, I have a wide range and am still learning to navigate my voice every day through the help of my wonderful voice teacher.
In my down time, I have also started writing my own show - more on that soon! I am so grateful to have the tools to navigate myself as a multi-disciplinary artist who cares deeply about my work.
